Light diffusion polycarbonate is a thermoplastic plastic made from the combination of bisphenol A and carbonate. It is manufactured using a calendering method that passes a heating roller through an extrusion line by adding a light diffusing agent and a UV blocking agent to polycarbonate.

When the light reaches the diffuser plate, some refraction occurs and enters the inside of the diffuser plate. The light that meets the diffuser inside the diffuser plate repeats reflection and dispersion. Since the source of the sheet is polycarbonate, it has all the advantages of polycarbonate, and it is widely used for the production of LED channel letter signs and lighting displays.
